A lifelong Iowan, Henry Nathanson is the second generation of his family to practice in the firm known today as Nazette Marner Nathanson Knoll LLP. He was inspired to enter the practice of law by his father, Maurice Nathanson, who was an attorney in general practice for over half a century. Henry has, himself, been practicing for nearly fifty years in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, and probate.
Whether clients need help with estate planning to preserve wealth for a future generation, or with bankruptcy so that they can achieve a financial fresh start, Henry takes satisfaction in assisting clients with the resolution of complex legal and financial concerns. As he says, “I feel good about being able to help people. Helping clients through bankruptcy and estate matters relieves a tremendous amount of stress for them.”
Henry’s extensive experience in probate, estate planning, and bankruptcy gives clients confidence that their legal matter will be handled with the utmost skill and care. Because he understands the difficulties his clients are dealing with when they are in financial straits or have lost a loved one, Henry makes a point of being available to address client questions. He knows that a true professional is not only technically proficient, but responsive to clients’ concerns.
